About
Lucas Changming Xia is a student at Milton Academy whose interests lie at the intersection of public policy and technology, and in particular in how emerging technologies are reshaping the way societies are governed.
At Milton, Lucas is an Associate Editor of The Milton Paper, the school’s independent newspaper, where he helps shape its reporting and editorial direction. He is also Co-Editor-in-Chief of Mille-Tonnes, Milton’s bilingual magazine celebrating Francophone culture through its English, French and arts sections, and Co-Head of the French Club.
He hopes to bring his interests in policy and journalism to bear on the challenges posed by a rapidly changing technological world.
